🔬 Mechanism of Action

The GLOW stack is a three-peptide synergistic blend designed for regenerative, aesthetic, and recovery outcomes. Each component targets distinct but complementary biological pathways:

**GHK-Cu (Copper peptide)** GHK-Cu (Glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine:copper) is a naturally occurring tripeptide found in human plasma that declines significantly with age. It stimulates collagen type I, III, and IV synthesis via upregulation of decorin (a collagen-organizing proteoglycan). It promotes elastin production and glycosaminoglycan synthesis, improving skin thickness, firmness, and hydration. GHK-Cu also upregulates superoxide dismutase (SOD) — the body's primary antioxidant enzyme — and has been shown to stimulate hair follicle cycling by extending the anagen (growth) phase.

**BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound-157)** BPC-157 is a synthetic gastric pentadecapeptide that upregulates VEGF (Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor) and FGF to drive angiogenesis — formation of new blood vessels — at repair sites. It activates fibroblast migration to wounds and upregulates the nitric oxide (NO) system, enhancing blood flow and tissue oxygenation. BPC-157 also modulates the EGFR (epidermal growth factor receptor) and promotes tendon-to-bone healing in animal models.

**TB-500 (Thymosin Beta-4 fragment)** TB-500 promotes actin polymerization and sequestration — a key step in cell migration to wound sites. It stimulates vessel endothelial cell migration (angiogenesis), promotes stem cell recruitment, and reduces pro-inflammatory cytokines. Unlike BPC-157 which works best locally, TB-500 distributes systemically, making it effective for remote injuries and diffuse inflammation.

**Synergy**: GHK-Cu rebuilds the extracellular matrix; BPC-157 provides the vascular infrastructure; TB-500 drives systemic cell migration. Together they cover all three axes of tissue regeneration.

⚠️Safety & Considerations

All three GLOW stack components are research peptides not FDA-approved for human use. Animal studies show favorable safety profiles with no significant toxicity. Due to the angiogenic properties of BPC-157 and TB-500, this stack should not be used by individuals with active malignancies. GHK-Cu is generally well-tolerated; topical use has a decades-long cosmetic safety record. Use sterile bacteriostatic water and insulin syringes for reconstitution. Rotate injection sites daily.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the GLOW stack?
GLOW is a three-peptide regenerative blend combining GHK-Cu (copper peptide), BPC-157, and TB-500. It targets skin quality, collagen synthesis, tissue repair, wound healing, and systemic inflammation.
What are the typical GLOW stack doses?
Common research protocol: GHK-Cu 1–2 mg/day SC, BPC-157 250–500 mcg/day SC, TB-500 2.5 mg 2× weekly SC. All three can be blended into one vial — use our Blend/Stack Calculator with the GLOW preset for exact draw units.
How long does a GLOW cycle last?
Typical cycle: 6–12 weeks. Many researchers run GHK-Cu continuously (it has an excellent safety profile), while cycling BPC-157 and TB-500 at 6–8 week intervals.
Can GLOW be combined with collagen supplements?
Yes — GHK-Cu upregulates collagen synthesis at the cellular level while collagen supplements provide amino acid substrates. They work by different but complementary mechanisms. Combine with vitamin C (cofactor for collagen hydroxylation) for best effect.
Is the GLOW stack the same as KLOW?
KLOW = GLOW + KPV. KLOW adds KPV (Lysine-Proline-Valine), an anti-inflammatory alpha-MSH tripeptide, to the GLOW blend. Choose KLOW if you have an active inflammatory condition; choose GLOW for a cosmetic/recovery-focused protocol.
How do I calculate the GLOW stack draw volume?
Use our Blend/Stack Calculator. Click the "GLOW" preset to auto-load GHK-Cu 50 mg + BPC-157 10 mg + TB-500 10 mg into one vial, enter your bacteriostatic water volume, then set BPC-157 as your target dose. The calculator shows your exact draw in units and mL.
