Mechanism of Action

NAEA is AEDG (epitalon) with an N-acetyl cap and C-terminal amide — the same exopeptidase-evasion trick as NASA on Semax. Parent epitalon/epithalamin literature is Khavinson pineal-tetrapeptide work (PMID 12937225). This analog does not have its own human PK paper.
