1. Introduction

CalcMyPeptide is a privacy-first, zero-data-collection peptide calculator suite operated by Kymata Labs LLC. We believe your health-related calculations are among the most private data imaginable — and we designed this site so that data never leaves your device in the first place. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect (very little), how we use it, and what choices you have. Our approach is straightforward: collect as little as possible, track nothing invasive, and be fully transparent about what happens behind the scenes.

2. The Core Principle: Client-Side Computation

All peptide reconstitution calculations, dose conversions, half-life visualizations, GLP-1 dose escalation schedules, vial duration estimates, and blend/stack calculations are performed entirely in your browser using client-side JavaScript. No calculator inputs, results, dosing data, or health information are ever transmitted to any server operated by Kymata Labs LLC. Your calculation data lives exclusively on your device and is never accessible to us.

3. Information We Collect

CalcMyPeptide collects minimal information in the normal course of site operations. Server logs: Standard web server logs that may include IP addresses, browser user-agent strings, referring URLs, and basic request data. These logs are maintained by our hosting provider for site operations and security monitoring. Contact submissions: If you contact us via email, we collect the information you provide (email address, message content) to respond to your inquiry. CalcMyPeptide does not require user accounts. There are no login systems, profile pages, registration forms, or user-generated content features. We do not collect passwords, payment information, or demographic data.

4. Information We Do Not Collect

We want to be explicit about what we do not collect: names, email addresses (unless you contact us directly), health data of any kind, calculator inputs (peptide names, vial sizes, doses, concentrations), calculator outputs or results, dosing schedules or protocol information, IP addresses beyond what standard server logs capture, biometric or medical information, or any form of personally identifiable information through the use of our calculators. Your peptide calculations are yours alone.

5. How We Use Information

The limited information we collect is used for: maintaining site operations, uptime, and security; monitoring site performance and identifying technical issues; understanding content engagement at an aggregate level (which pages are visited, not who is visiting them); and responding to direct contact inquiries. We do not use collected information for profiling, behavioral targeting, or any form of personalized advertising.

6. Local Storage

Saved calculations, user preferences (syringe size, language, theme), and consent states are stored in your browser's localStorage. This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to any server. You can clear this data at any time by clearing your browser's site data or using your browser's developer tools. No server-side backup of this data exists.

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

CalcMyPeptide may use a small number of cookies for essential site functionality, such as remembering your cookie consent preference and theme selection (light/dark mode). We do not use cross-site tracking cookies, advertising cookies for behavioral profiling, or third-party cookies designed to follow you across the internet. Cookies from third-party services (analytics and advertising) are only loaded if and when you provide affirmative consent via the cookie consent banner.

8. Analytics

If you consent to analytics cookies via the consent banner, we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymous, aggregate usage statistics. This includes: pages visited, time on site, device type, screen resolution, geographic region (country-level), and referral sources. We do not track individual user identities across sessions. No personal data, health data, calculator inputs, or calculator results are included in analytics data. We do not build behavioral profiles, and we do not sell or share analytics data with any third party for marketing purposes.

9. Advertising

CalcMyPeptide displays Google AdSense advertisements. AdSense may use cookies to serve contextually relevant ads. These cookies are only loaded after you provide consent via the cookie consent banner. No health data, calculator inputs, or calculator results are ever used for ad targeting — because that data never reaches any server in the first place. We do not participate in real-time bidding exchanges that involve personal health data. See Google's privacy policy for details on how Google processes advertising data.

10. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share personally identifying data with advertisers, data brokers, pharmaceutical companies, or any third party for marketing purposes. Data may be processed by the following infrastructure providers as necessary for site operations: Vercel (hosting and deployment), Cloudflare (CDN and DDoS protection), and Google (Analytics and AdSense, consent-based only). Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. None of these providers receive any calculator data, because calculator data never leaves your browser.

11. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the limited data we collect, including HTTPS (TLS 1.3) encryption for all site traffic, secure hosting infrastructure with automatic patching, and access controls on server logs. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we minimize risk by minimizing what we collect in the first place.

12. Children's Privacy

CalcMyPeptide is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child under 13, we will take immediate steps to delete that information. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, please contact us at contact@kymatalabs.com.

13. International Visitors

CalcMyPeptide is hosted in the United States. If you access the site from outside the United States, please be aware that your data may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. By using the site, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States as described in this policy.

14. Your Choices

You have several options regarding data collection on this site. Browser settings: You can disable cookies or adjust your privacy preferences through your browser settings. Cookie consent: You may decline analytics and advertising cookies via the consent banner — the calculators work fully without them. Do Not Track: We respect browser privacy signals, including Do Not Track (DNT) requests. Local data: You can clear saved calculations and preferences at any time via your browser settings. Opt out: You may choose not to use the site if you do not agree with these practices.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or the technologies we use. Changes will be reflected by an updated "Effective Date" at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
