PNC-27

PNC27 · p53 12-26-MRP

A p53-derived peptide (residues 12–26 fused to a membrane-residency sequence) that kills some cancer cell lines in vitro by binding membrane HDM-2 and forming pores (PMID 20080680). It is not FDA-approved, not a cancer treatment, and has no Phase 3 program. Gray-market vials exist anyway — this leaf is identity, mechanism, and reconstitution math plus a hard “do not self-treat cancer” line.

Mechanism of Action

PNC-27 is p53 residues 12–26 fused to a membrane-residency peptide. In cell lines it binds membrane HDM-2 on some transformed cells and forms pores, causing necrosis independent of nuclear p53 (PMID 20080680). Mouse xenograft work exists. There is no approved indication, no Phase 3, and no established human dose.

Gray-market vials are not a cancer protocol. This page is identity, citation, and reconstitution arithmetic — plus a refusal to dress it up as treatment.

Not a cancer treatment

PNC-27 is preclinical. Buying a research vial is not oncology. Do not delay standard care. We will not print a “cycle” as if this were BPC-157.

Safety & Considerations

No human safety database sufficient for self-administration. Pore-forming peptides are not “gentle recovery compounds.” Not FDA-approved. Not a substitute for oncology care.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is PNC-27 FDA-approved for cancer?
No. Preclinical construct. Approval status is research-only.
Why is it in a reconstitution library?
Because it is sold as a lyophilized vial and people search the name. Math without a protocol is still math. We will not invent doses.
