CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin

CJC/IPA · Mod GRF + ipamorelin · CJC-1295 no-DAC + ipamorelin

Classic GHRH + GHRP research stack: CJC-1295 without DAC (MOD-GRF 1-29) plus ipamorelin. We have the singles, a sermorelin + ipamorelin leaf, and a blog — this is the named CJC/ipa blend SKU. Use no-DAC CJC, not the weekly DAC form, if the goal is a bedtime pulse.

Mechanism of Action

CJC-1295 without DAC (MOD-GRF 1-29) plus ipamorelin is the standard pulse stack: GHRH-receptor amplitude plus GHS-R1a initiation. Use no-DAC CJC. DAC CJC is a multi-day GH bleed and is the wrong partner for a bedtime pulse.

We already documented this in the ipamorelin + CJC-1295 blog. This leaf is the library SKU.

Dosing Protocols

Typical pulse protocol

Dose
CJC no-DAC 100–200 mcg + ipamorelin 200–300 mcg
Frequency
1–2× daily empty stomach
Note: Often 30–60 min before bed. Pre-mixed vial ratios vary — calculate from the actual mg of each.

Administration

Route
Subcutaneous
Timing
Empty stomach. Bedtime common.
Fasting Required?
Yes — inject on an empty stomach

Expected Timeline

Acute
GH pulse over a few hours if no-DAC CJC is used.
Weeks
IGF-1 change is protocol- and baseline-dependent. Not a labeled outcome for the blend.

Verdict: Same GHRH+GHRP idea. CJC no-DAC lasts a bit longer than sermorelin. DAC CJC is a different protocol entirely.

Frequently Asked Questions

DAC or no-DAC?
No-DAC (MOD-GRF) for a pulse. DAC is weekly-ish GH bleed — different protocol.
How is this different from sermorelin + ipamorelin?
Sermorelin is GHRH 1-29; CJC no-DAC is a DPP-4-stabilized GHRH analog (~30 min vs sermorelin’s ~10–20 min). Same idea, different GHRH half-life.
