CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin
CJC/IPA · Mod GRF + ipamorelin · CJC-1295 no-DAC + ipamorelin
Classic GHRH + GHRP research stack: CJC-1295 without DAC (MOD-GRF 1-29) plus ipamorelin. We have the singles, a sermorelin + ipamorelin leaf, and a blog — this is the named CJC/ipa blend SKU. Use no-DAC CJC, not the weekly DAC form, if the goal is a bedtime pulse.
Mechanism of Action
CJC-1295 without DAC (MOD-GRF 1-29) plus ipamorelin is the standard pulse stack: GHRH-receptor amplitude plus GHS-R1a initiation. Use no-DAC CJC. DAC CJC is a multi-day GH bleed and is the wrong partner for a bedtime pulse.
We already documented this in the ipamorelin + CJC-1295 blog. This leaf is the library SKU.

CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin vs. Sermorelin + Ipamorelin
| Attribute | CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin | Sermorelin + Ipamorelin |
|---|---|---|
| GHRH analog | CJC no-DAC / MOD-GRF (~30 min) | Sermorelin / GHRH 1-29 (~10–20 min) |
| GHRP | Ipamorelin | Ipamorelin |
| Pulse vs bleed | Use no-DAC, not DAC CJC | Always a pulse (no DAC form) |
| FDA | Neither approved as a combo | Sermorelin formerly approved (Geref); combo is compounded |
Verdict: Same GHRH+GHRP idea. CJC no-DAC lasts a bit longer than sermorelin. DAC CJC is a different protocol entirely.
