N-Acetyl Semax Amidate

NASA · NA-Semax Amidate · Ac-Semax-NH2 · N-acetyl Semax amide

N-terminal acetylated, C-terminal amidated Semax. The caps are the same stability trick as N-acetyl Selank amidate. Flagship nasal SKU in the research-chem Semax family. Human PK for this analog is not published — dosing and half-life claims are inferred from parent Semax (ACTH 4–10 analog) plus analog chemistry.

Mechanism of Action

NASA is Semax with an N-acetyl cap and a C-terminal amide — the same stability edits used on N-acetyl Selank amidate. Parent Semax is an ACTH 4–10 analog with Russian clinical literature (BDNF/NGF, stroke/cognitive use).

This analog does not have its own human PK paper. Half-life and “stronger/longer” claims are chemistry inference plus vendor copy. Dose ranges below are community nasal SKUs, not a label.

Who Is It For?

Cognitive / nootropic research

Low

High search, thin analog data. Prefer parent Semax papers over NASA marketing.

Safety & Considerations

Research analog. Nasal irritation possible. Not a substitute for diagnosed stroke or ADHD care. Do not confuse with N-acetyl Selank amidate (different peptide; NASA is Semax).

Verdict: NASA is a stability analog. Semax is the molecule with papers. Do not treat vendor “longer/stronger” copy as PK.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is NASA the Selank analog?
No. NASA is N-Acetyl Semax Amidate. N-Acetyl Selank Amidate is the Selank twin. We keep them as separate library IDs.
Is this more studied than Semax?
The opposite. Semax has the papers. NASA is a stability analog with almost no dedicated clinical literature.
