Selank + Semax
Semax Selank stack · nootropic stack · Selank/Semax
Named cognitive pair — Selank (tuftsin analog) plus Semax (ACTH 4–10 analog). Highest-search nootropic blend on vendor menus. We already have the singles and the N-acetyl/amidate/adamantane cousins. This leaf is the two-peptide SKU. No combined trial; each parent has a Russian clinical literature trail that does not automatically apply to a mixed bottle.
Mechanism of Action
Selank (tuftsin analog) and Semax (ACTH 4–10 analog) are sold as a paired nasal SKU. Each has a Russian clinical literature trail. The combination does not have a RCT. Mixing two short peptides in one bottle does not create a third pharmacology.
Dose each component from its own leaf if the vial is actually two peptides lyophilized together — blend math is still two concentrations, not one “nootropic unit.”

Two peptides, two parents
This is a catalog pair. Read Selank and Semax. N-acetyl, amidate, and adamantane cousins are separate IDs.
Dosing Protocol
| Typical Dose | Selank 250-750 mcg + Semax 200-600 mcg (intranasal; often split AM/PM) |
| Frequency | 1-3× daily (intranasal) |
| Half-Life | ~2–3 minutes each (parent peptides; nasal SKUs vary) |
| Common Vial Sizes | 5 mg, 10 mg |

Who Is It For?
Cognitive research pair
LowHigh search. Evidence is the two parent files, not this SKU.

Safety & Considerations
Research peptides. Nasal irritation. Not a substitute for diagnosed anxiety, ADHD, or stroke care. Do not confuse NASA (Semax analog) with this mix.
Regulatory & Legal Status
Named pair of two research/Russian-literature peptides. Not an approved combination
Not currently on the WADA 2026 Prohibited List. Policies may change — verify before competition.

Selank + Semax vs. N-Acetyl Semax Amidate
| Attribute | Selank + Semax | N-Acetyl Semax Amidate |
|---|---|---|
| What it is | Two parent peptides in one SKU | One Semax analog (NASA) |
| Evidence | Parent Selank + Semax papers, no blend RCT | Parent Semax papers only |
| Typical route | Intranasal pair | Intranasal analog |
Verdict: The stack is two molecules. NASA is one analog of one of them. Do not dose a mixed bottle as if it were NASA.
