1Overview
“A chassis of muscle, cartilage, and vascular cytomax plus a mitochondrial peptide. Rapamycin and 4 g omega-3s are mentioned as lifestyle/Rx adjacent, not as SKUs we sell. The work is still the decathlon: carry, hike, get off the floor.”
Ideal Candidates
Contraindications
2The Science
Sarcopenia, cartilage wear, and vascular stiffness are the failure modes Attia popularized as the Centenarian Decathlon. Gotratix (muscle), Sigumir (cartilage), Ventfort (vessels) are the Khavinson leaves Atlas puts under that headline. MOTS-c is the "exercise-adjacent" peptide. None of them replace progressive resistance training.
3Clinical Evidence
Key Findings
VO2 max and strength are among the best-validated healthspan predictors; peptides here are optional overlays
MOTS-c has mechanistic and animal performance data; human "decathlon" trials named that way do not exist
Study Limitations
- ⚠Attia's framework is clinical philosophy, not a Khavinson RCT.
- ⚠High-dose omega-3 and rapamycin are not peptide library leaves.
3The Peptide Stack
Gotratix
View Profile →Muscle cytomax aimed at myocytes and, in marketing language, Type II fiber retention. Judge it as an adjunct to lifting.
Mechanism: Oral muscle complex; empty stomach.
Sigumir
View Profile →Cartilage/bone cytomax. Joint armor is still load management plus physio.
Mechanism: Oral musculoskeletal complex.
Ventfort
View Profile →Vascular compliance story for the VO2 side of the decathlon.
Mechanism: Oral vascular complex.
MOTS-c
View Profile →Weekly mitochondrial peptide, often timed before Zone 2 in community use.
Mechanism: Mitochondrial-encoded; not a license to skip the hike.
4Protocol Tiers
Tier 1: Chassis (muscle, cartilage, vessels)
Gotratix + Sigumir + Ventfort daily during the course. Repeat a few times per year.
Tier 2: MOTS-c + Zone 2
One mitochondrial peptide, four Zone 2 sessions. The peptide is optional; the sessions are not.
5Lifestyle Integration
Peptides are one input in a larger system. Without these non-negotiable lifestyle factors, even the best protocol will underperform.
🏋️Training
Zone 2 plus 2-3 full-body strength sessions. Practice the movements you want at 90: floor, carry, hike, stairs.
🥗Nutrition
Protein at every meal you can. 4 g EPA/DHA is a common longevity target; check your actual capsules, most are underdosed.
🌙Sleep
Recovery is the other half of the decathlon.
🧘Stress Management
Rapamycin is prescription autophagy chemistry. We will not dose it here.
6Timeline & Expectations
Weeks 1-4
Weeks 5-12
Off course
7Monitoring & Safety
Key Metrics to Track
Troubleshooting
Knees worse after adding MOTS-c and extra running
- Too much volume
- Peptide blamed for programming
- Cut running, keep strength
- Physio before another vial
I skipped lifting because I bought Gotratix
- Wrong job-to-be-done
- Lift. Then optionally run the course.
