Centenarian Decathlon Prep

Healthspan stack for muscle, cartilage, and VO2: Gotratix, Sigumir, Ventfort, plus MOTS-c. Inspired by Attia's marginal-decade idea, not a guarantee you die at 50 in a gym.

Duration

20-30 day oral courses, repeated; MOTS-c weekly during a block

First Results

Training quality in weeks; joint comfort is slow

Peptides in Stack

4

1Overview

A chassis of muscle, cartilage, and vascular cytomax plus a mitochondrial peptide. Rapamycin and 4 g omega-3s are mentioned as lifestyle/Rx adjacent, not as SKUs we sell. The work is still the decathlon: carry, hike, get off the floor.

Ideal Candidates

Adults training for the last decade of life (strength, VO2, joints), not a bodybuilding meet
People who already lift and walk and want a peptide map that matches that job
Anyone tempted to skip Zone 2 because a vial exists

Contraindications

Unstable cardiovascular disease (get clearance before VO2 work, peptides or not)
Acute joint infection or a surgeon saying "do not load this"
Pregnancy

2The Science

Sarcopenia, cartilage wear, and vascular stiffness are the failure modes Attia popularized as the Centenarian Decathlon. Gotratix (muscle), Sigumir (cartilage), Ventfort (vessels) are the Khavinson leaves Atlas puts under that headline. MOTS-c is the "exercise-adjacent" peptide. None of them replace progressive resistance training.

3Clinical Evidence

Emerging Evidence
6 human studies30 animal studies15 in vitro

Key Findings

1

VO2 max and strength are among the best-validated healthspan predictors; peptides here are optional overlays

2

MOTS-c has mechanistic and animal performance data; human "decathlon" trials named that way do not exist

Study Limitations

  • Attia's framework is clinical philosophy, not a Khavinson RCT.
  • High-dose omega-3 and rapamycin are not peptide library leaves.

3The Peptide Stack

GO

Muscle cytomax aimed at myocytes and, in marketing language, Type II fiber retention. Judge it as an adjunct to lifting.

Mechanism: Oral muscle complex; empty stomach.

Half-life: ~30 minutes (estimated)Dose range: 1-2 capsules/day
SI

Cartilage/bone cytomax. Joint armor is still load management plus physio.

Mechanism: Oral musculoskeletal complex.

Half-life: ~30 minutes (estimated)Dose range: 1-2 capsules/day
VE

Vascular compliance story for the VO2 side of the decathlon.

Mechanism: Oral vascular complex.

Half-life: ~30 minutes (estimated)Dose range: 1-2 capsules/day
MO

Weekly mitochondrial peptide, often timed before Zone 2 in community use.

Mechanism: Mitochondrial-encoded; not a license to skip the hike.

Half-life: ~4-6 hours (estimated)Dose range: 5-10 mg/week

4Protocol Tiers

Tier 1: Chassis (muscle, cartilage, vessels)

Gotratix + Sigumir + Ventfort daily during the course. Repeat a few times per year.

Duration
20-30 days
Frequency: Daily
Gotratix1-2 capsules
Timing: Empty stomach
Sigumir1-2 capsules
Timing: Empty stomach
Ventfort1-2 capsules
Timing: Empty stomach

Tier 2: MOTS-c + Zone 2

One mitochondrial peptide, four Zone 2 sessions. The peptide is optional; the sessions are not.

Duration
8-12 weeks
Frequency: MOTS-c 1x weekly
MOTS-c5 mg (community weekly)
Timing: Before a Zone 2 session when practical

5Lifestyle Integration

Peptides are one input in a larger system. Without these non-negotiable lifestyle factors, even the best protocol will underperform.

🏋️Training

Zone 2 plus 2-3 full-body strength sessions. Practice the movements you want at 90: floor, carry, hike, stairs.

🥗Nutrition

Protein at every meal you can. 4 g EPA/DHA is a common longevity target; check your actual capsules, most are underdosed.

🌙Sleep

Recovery is the other half of the decathlon.

🧘Stress Management

Rapamycin is prescription autophagy chemistry. We will not dose it here.

6Timeline & Expectations

Weeks 1-4

What You'll NoticeTraining consistency matters more than the capsules.
What's Happening BiologicallyOral course underway; MOTS-c if you chose it.

Weeks 5-12

What You'll NoticeRe-test a hike time or a lift. That is the scoreboard.
What's Happening BiologicallyAdaptations from load, not from a cytomax bottle alone.

Off course

What You'll NoticeKeep lifting. Repeat oral courses later if that is your plan.
What's Happening BiologicallyIntermittent bioregulators, continuous training.

7Monitoring & Safety

Key Metrics to Track

A test you care about at 90Farmer carry, 1-mile walk, getting off the floor. Pick one and log it.
Joint pain that is mechanicalSigumir is not a reason to ignore a meniscus you should image.

Troubleshooting

Knees worse after adding MOTS-c and extra running
Possible Causes
  • Too much volume
  • Peptide blamed for programming
Solutions
  • Cut running, keep strength
  • Physio before another vial
I skipped lifting because I bought Gotratix
Possible Causes
  • Wrong job-to-be-done
Solutions
  • Lift. Then optionally run the course.
