How we may earn money

Some telehealth providers run affiliate programs that pay publishers when a reader starts care through a tracked link. We may join some of these programs. When we do, that provider's links on our pages carry a visible "Paid link" label, and the provider is listed below and in the disclosure at the top of every telehealth page. You never pay more because of our link.

Providers paying us today: none (as of Oct 7, 2026). Every provider link currently goes to the provider's own website without tracking.

Rules we follow

  • Payment never changes a provider's order, score or best-for label. Scores come from a public checklist (methodology).
  • We list and link providers whether or not they pay us.
  • Every link to a provider carries rel="sponsored", so search engines don't treat it as an endorsement.
  • We don't accept payment for reviews, placements or wording, and providers don't see pages before they go live.
  • We don't claim hands-on testing or a medical reviewer we don't have, and we don't repeat provider marketing claims we can't support.
  • Prices are dated and sourced; we re-check them at least monthly.

Not medical advice

Our telehealth pages compare services and prices. They are not medical advice and don't say whether any treatment will work for you. Talk to a licensed clinician.
